What They Were Facing
boAt wanted to create a memorable, shareable fan experience during IPL matches at the Bengaluru cricket stadium that would drive brand engagement and social buzz. The activation needed to handle high foot traffic during match intervals, deliver instant results to impatient fans, and produce outputs compelling enough to be shared organically on social media. The experience had to be seamless — from photo capture to final output — with zero friction in a loud, crowded stadium environment.

How We Solved It
We designed and built an interactive stall experience where fans could get their photo captured and instantly receive an AI-generated avatar placing them alongside RCB players. The system used custom-trained AI models optimised for speed and quality, delivering results in seconds. We built a streamlined capture-to-output pipeline with a tablet-based interface for stall operators, real-time AI avatar generation, and instant delivery to fans via QR code. The entire setup was engineered for reliability under high-concurrency stadium conditions with offline fallback capabilities.
